Abstract

An exercise device comprising a frame having an outer frame periphery formed of outer longitudinal peripheral members and outer lateral peripheral members, wherein at least two internal handles are formed by at least two internal transverse members extending between the outer longitudinal peripheral members. Preferably there are at least two internal handles which project from the profile of the outer frame and is a centrally positioned aperture suitable for receiving a user'"'"'s head in use. Preferably the frame is curved along the longitudinal extent. Preferably the frame comprises a deformable coating.

Claims

1. An exercise apparatus comprising a frame having an outer frame periphery formed of outer longitudinal peripheral members and outer lateral peripheral members, wherein at least two internal handles are formed by at least two internal transverse members extending between the outer longitudinal peripheral members, wherein at least two internal handles project from the profile of the outer frame and wherein the exercise apparatus comprises a centrally positioned aperture for receiving a user'"'"'s head between two of the internal handles.

2. An exercise apparatus according to claim 1, wherein at least two outer handles are provided by the outer lateral peripheral members.

3. An exercise apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the frame is curved along its longitudinal extent.

4. An exercise apparatus according to claim 1, wherein at least one aperture is formed between an internal transverse member and the outer frame.

5. An exercise apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the cross-sectional shape of the frame is substantially semi-circular, is substantially circular, substantially semi-squircle or substantially squircle.

6. An exercise apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the frame comprises a deformable material.

7. An exercise apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the deformable material comprises a deformable coating on an outer surface of the frame.
