Abstract

Provided is a thermoplastic resin film with which a glass plate-including laminate that looks different in color tone depending on the direction or angle can be obtained. A thermoplastic resin film according to the present invention includes a thermoplastic resin and a pigment, and when the thermoplastic resin film is planarly viewed with a transmission electron microscope, a number of pigments having an aspect ratio of 3 or more and 50 or less is 3 or more and 100 or less in a rectangular region of 13 μm long and 18 μm wide.

Claims

1. A thermoplastic resin film comprising:

a thermoplastic resin; and

a pigment

wherein

when the thermoplastic resin film is planarly viewed with a transmission electron microscope, a number of pigments having an aspect ratio of 3 or more and 50 or less is 3 or more and 100 or less in a rectangular region of 13 μ

m long and 18 μ

m wide.

2. The thermoplastic, resin film according to claim 1, wherein an average direction of longitudinal directions of the pigments is parallel with a direction orthogonal to a thickness direction of the thermoplastic resin film, or inclined by 20°

or less with respect to a direction orthogonal to a thickness direction of the thermoplastic resin film.

3. The thermoplastic resin film according to claim 1, containing a polyvinyl acetal resin or an Monomer resin as the thermoplastic resin.

4. The thermoplastic resin film according to claim 1, containing a phthalocyanine compound, a quinacridone compound, an azo compound, a pentaphene compound, a dioxazine compound, a perylene compound, an indole compound or carbon black as the pigment.

5. The thermoplastic resin film according to claim 4, containing a phthalocyanine compound as the pigment.

6. The thermoplastic resin film according to claim 4, wherein the phthalocyanine compound has a maximum absorption wavelength of 500 nm or more and 740 nm or less.

7. The thermoplastic resin film according to claim 4, containing a quinacridone compound, a perylene compound, or an indole compound as the pigment.

8. The thermoplastic resin film according to claim 4, containing carbon black as the pigment.

The thermoplastic resin film according to claim 1, wherein when a Mass plate-including laminate is obtained by sandwiching a thermoplastic resin film between two sheets of green glass having a thickness of 2 mm in accordance with HS R3208, the obtained glass plate-including laminate has a haze value of 5% or less.

10. The thermoplastic resin film according to claim 1, including a first surface layer, and a second surface layer.

11. The thermoplastic resin film according to claim 10, including an intermediate layer between the first surface layer and the second surface layer.

12. The thermoplastic resin film according to claim 11, wherein the intermediate layer contains the pigment.

13. The thermoplastic resin film according to claim 1, which is bonded to a glass plate and used.

14. A glass plate-including laminate comprising:

a first glass plate; and

the thermoplastic resin film according to claim 1,

the thermoplastic resin film being bonded to the first glass plate.

15. The glass plate-including laminate according to claim 14, comprising:

the first glass plate as a first lamination glass member;

the thermoplastic resin film; and

a second lamination glass member, wherein

the thermoplastic resin film is bonded to the first glass plate,

the thermoplastic resin film is bonded to the second lamination glass member, and

the thermoplastic resin film is arranged between the first glass plate and the second lamination glass member.

16. The glass plate-including laminate according to claim 14, wherein the glass plate-including laminate is automotive side glass.

17. The glass plate-including laminate according to claim 14, wherein the glass plate-including laminate is automotive rear glass.

18. The glass plate-including laminate according to claim 14, wherein the glass plate-including laminate is automotive roof glass.
