1. A release agent composition for a silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive, the release agent composition comprising:

  • (A) an organopolysiloxane represented by the average unit formula;

    (R13SiO1/2)a(R12SiO2/2)b(R1SiO3/2)c(SiO4/2)d wherein R1 are the same or different, and are alkyl groups having from 1 to 12 carbon atoms, alkenyl groups having from 2 to 12 carbon atoms, aryl groups having from 6 to 12 carbon atoms, aralkyl groups having from 7 to 12 carbon atoms, or fluoroalkyl groups having from 1 to 12 carbon atoms;

    at least two R1 are the alkenyl groups;

    a content of the alkenyl groups in terms of vinyl groups is at most 0.1 mass %;

    a content of fluorine atoms associated with the fluoroalkyl groups is at least 36 mass %;

    a”

    is a positive number;

    b”

    is a positive number;

    c”

    is 0 or a positive number; and

    d”

    is 0 or a positive number;

    (B) an organopolysiloxane having at least two silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms in a molecule, in an amount such that a molar ratio of the silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms in this component to the alkenyl groups in component (A) is from 0.1 to 20; and

    (C) an effective amount of a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst.
