Abstract

An electronic device is provided, which includes a substrate, a protruding pattern, a first conductive pattern, an insulating layer, and a second conductive pattern. The protruding pattern is disposed on the substrate. The first conductive pattern is disposed on the substrate and covers the protruding pattern. The insulating layer is disposed on the first conductive pattern. The insulating layer includes an opening overlapping at least a portion of the protruding pattern. The second conductive pattern is disposed on the insulating layer. The second conductive pattern is connected to the first conductive pattern through the opening.

Claims

1. An electronic device comprising:

a pixel array comprising a substrate, a display layer, and an encapsulation layer comprising a plurality of insulating layers;

a touch array directly disposed on the encapsulation layer, the touch array comprising;

a sensor configured to detect a touch provided from an outside; and

a wiring electrically contacted to the sensor and comprising a first conductive pattern and a second conductive pattern disposed on the first conductive pattern;

a protruding pattern disposed between the substrate and the first conductive pattern; and

an interlayer insulating layer disposed between the first conductive pattern and the second conductive pattern and in which an opening overlapping at least a portion of the protruding pattern is defined,

wherein the second conductive pattern is electrically contacted to the first conductive pattern through the opening.

2. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein:

the protruding pattern extends in a first direction; and

portions of each of the first conductive pattern and the second conductive pattern overlapping the protruding pattern extend in a second direction crossing the first direction.

3. The electronic device of claim 2, wherein the opening extends in the second direction.

4. The electronic device of claim 2, wherein the opening extends in the first direction.

5. The electronic device of claim 4, wherein the opening overlaps an entire surface of the protruding pattern in a plan view.

6. The electronic device of claim 2, wherein:

the opening is provided in plural; and

the plurality of openings are spaced apart in the second direction.

7. The electronic device of claim 6, wherein the second conductive pattern comprises a plurality of recessed portions recessed in correspondence to shapes of the plurality of openings.

8. The electronic device of claim 7, wherein the plurality of recessed portions is defined in a boundary area of the protruding pattern.

9. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein:

the touch array comprises;

a predetermined area for sensing an external touch; and

a peripheral area surrounding the predetermined area; and

the wiring is disposed in the peripheral area.

10. The electronic device of claim 9, wherein the protruding pattern overlaps the peripheral area in a plan view.

11. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the protruding pattern comprises an organic material.

12. An electronic device comprising:

a substrate in which a first region and a second region around the first region are defined;

pixels disposed on the first region;

a protruding pattern disposed on the second area;

an encapsulation layer covering the pixels;

a sensor disposed on the encapsulation layer;

a first conductive pattern electrically contacted to the sensor, disposed on the second region, and partially overlapping the protruding pattern;

an insulating layer disposed on the first conductive pattern and defining an opening overlapping at least a portion of the protruding pattern; and

a second conductive pattern disposed on the insulating layer and electrically contacted to the first conductive pattern through the opening.

13. The electronic device of claim 12, wherein the second conductive pattern comprises a recessed portion recessed in correspondence to a shape of the opening.

14. The electronic device of claim 12, wherein the protruding pattern surrounds the first region.

15. The electronic device of claim 12, wherein:

the protruding pattern extends in a first direction; and

portions of each of the first conductive pattern and the second conductive pattern overlapping the protruding pattern extend in a second direction crossing the first direction.

16. The electronic device of claim 15, wherein the opening extends in the second direction.

17. The electronic device of claim 15, wherein the opening extends in the first direction.

18. The electronic device of claim 17, wherein the opening overlaps an entire surface of the protruding pattern in a plan view.
