ELECTROLUMINESCENT DISPLAY DEVICE
First Claim
1. An electroluminescent display device comprising:
- a substrate including a first sub pixel and a second sub pixel which are adjacent to each other;
a driving thin film transistor provided in each of the first sub pixel and the second sub pixel, and configured to include a gate electrode, a source electrode, and a drain electrode;
a first capacitor electrically connected with gate and source electrodes of the driving thin film transistor provided in the first sub pixel; and
a second capacitor electrically connected with gate and source electrodes of the driving thin film transistor provided in the second sub pixel,wherein the first capacitor extends from the first sub pixel to the second sub pixel, and the second capacitor extends from the second sub pixel to the first sub pixel.
