A ScCeSZ electrolyte layer is then disposed on top of and in contact with the anode functional layer. A SDC electrolyte layer is then disposed on top of and in contact with the ScCeSZ electrolyte layer. Finally, a cathode layer is disposed on top of and in contact with the SDC electrolyte layer.
