Abstract

Disclosed is an electrochemical device electrode comprising an electrode current collector and an electrode mixture layer provided on at least one principal surface of the electrode current collector, wherein the electrode mixture layer comprises an electrode active material, a polymer having a structural unit represented by the following formula (1), at least one electrolyte salt selected from the group consisting of lithium salts, sodium salts, calcium salts, and magnesium salts, and a molten salt having a melting point of 250° C. or less:

Claims

1. An electrochemical device electrode comprising:

an electrode current collector; and

an electrode mixture layer provided on at least one principal surface of the electrode current collector, wherein

the electrode mixture layer comprises;

an electrode active material;

a polymer having a structural unit represented by the following formula (1);

at least one electrolyte salt selected from the group consisting of lithium salts, sodium salts, calcium salts, and magnesium salts; and

a molten salt having a melting point of 250°

C. or less;

2. The electrochemical device electrode according to claim 1, wherein an anion of the electrolyte salt is at least one selected from the group consisting of PF₆⁻

, BF₄⁻

, N(FSO₂)₂⁻

, N(CF₃SO₂)₂⁻

, B(C₂O₄)₂⁻

, and ClO₄⁻

.

3. The electrochemical device electrode according to claim 1, wherein the electrolyte salt is a lithium salt.

4. The electrochemical device electrode according to claim 1, wherein a content of the molten salt is 10 to 80% by mass based on a total amount of the polymer, the electrolyte salt, and the molten salt.

6. The electrochemical device electrode according to claim 1, wherein

the electrochemical device electrode is a negative electrode,

the electrode current collector is a negative electrode current collector, the electrode mixture layer is a negative electrode mixture layer, and the electrode active material is a negative electrode active material.

7. The electrochemical device electrode according to claim 6, wherein the negative electrode active material comprises graphite.

8. The electrochemical device electrode according to claim 7, wherein the electrolyte salt comprises LiN(FSO₂)₂.

9. An electrochemical device comprising the electrochemical device electrode according to claim 1.

10. A method for producing an electrochemical device electrode, the method comprising:

providing an electrode precursor in which an electrode active material layer comprising an electrode active material is provided on at least one principal surface of an electrode current collector;

adding a slurry comprising;

a polymer having a structural unit represented by the following formula (1);

at least one electrolyte salt selected from the group consisting of lithium salts, sodium salts, calcium salts, and magnesium salts;

a molten salt having a melting point of 250°

C. or less; and

a dispersion medium;

to the electrode active material layer of the electrode precursor; and

removing a volatile component from the slurry added to the electrode active material layer to form an electrode mixture layer;

11. The method for producing an electrochemical device electrode according to claim 10, wherein an anion of the electrolyte salt is at least one selected from the group consisting of PF₆⁻

, BF₄⁻

, N(FSO₂)₂⁻

, N(CF₃SO₂)₂⁻

, B(C₂O₄)₂⁻

, and ClO₄⁻

.

12. The method for producing an electrochemical device electrode according to claim 10, wherein a content of the molten salt is 10 to 80% by mass based on a total amount of the polymer, the electrolyte salt, and the molten salt.

13. The method for producing an electrochemical device electrode according to claim 10, wherein the dispersion medium comprises acetone.

14. The method for producing an electrochemical device electrode according to claim 10, wherein a mass ratio of a content of the dispersion medium to a content of the polymer is 6 or less.

15. A polymer electrolyte composition comprising:

a polymer having a structural unit represented by the following formula (1);

at least one electrolyte salt selected from the group consisting of lithium salts, sodium salts, calcium salts, and magnesium salts; and

a molten salt having a melting point of 250°

C. or less;

16. The polymer electrolyte composition according to claim 15, wherein an anion of the electrolyte salt is at least one selected from the group consisting of PF₆⁻

, BF₄⁻

, N(FSO₂)₂⁻

, N(CF₃SO₂)₂⁻

, B(C₂O₄)₂⁻

, and ClO₄⁻

.

17. The polymer electrolyte composition according to claim 15, wherein the electrolyte salt is a lithium salt.

18. The polymer electrolyte composition according to claim 15, wherein a content of the molten salt is 10 to 80% by mass based on a total amount of the polymer, the electrolyte salt, and the molten salt.

19. The polymer electrolyte composition according to claim 15, further comprising a dispersion medium.

20. The polymer electrolyte composition according to claim 19, wherein the dispersion medium comprises acetone.

21. The polymer electrolyte composition according to claim 19, wherein a mass ratio of a content of the dispersion medium to a content of the polymer is 6 or less.
