    AND AT LEAST TWO OPTICALLY IDENTICAL SEGMENTS OF A FOCUSING OPTICAL MIRROR IN SPACED RELATIONSHIP WITH SAID SCANNING MIRROR AND DISPOSED FOR SEVERALLY DIRECTING SAID TWO PARTS OF SAID WAVES TO TWO FACES OF SAID FOLDING OPTICAL MIRROR, SAID FOLDING MIRROR BEING DISPOSED TO FOCUS SAID TWO PARTS OF SAID WAVES TO A COMMON POINT WHEREBY SAID RADIANT ENERGY WAVES ARE RECOMBINED MAINTAINING A CONSTANT EFFECTIVE OPTICAL APERTURE.
