    AERATING THE EFFLUENT TO PRODUCE PHOSPHORUS CONSUMING CELL GROWTH, SUBJECTING THE AERATED EFFLUENT TO A SECOND SEDIMENTATION TO REMOVE THE PHOSPHORUS-BEARING BIOLOGICAL SLUDGE AND PRODUCE A FINAL EFFLUENT OF THE PREDETERMINED MINMIUM PHOSPHORUS CONCENTRATION.
