a carrying frame for mounting the seat proper and the backrest, characterized in that the backrest is detachably secured to the carrying frame by a hook and that the seat proper and the backrest are pivotally movable by means of the rocker arm above the steering wheel and/or upwardly and rearwardly and subsequently forwardly.
