AN ELECTROLYTIC CELL COMPRISING A POSITIVE ELECTRODE AND A NEGATIVE ELECTRODE, AN ELECTROLYTE IN ASSOCIATION WITH SAID ELECTRODES, AND MEANS FOR CREATING A MAGNETIC FIELD WITHIN THE CELL FOR CIRCULATING THE ELECTROLYTE WHEN CURRENT IS FLOWING BETWEEN THE ELECTRODES.
