Hose nozzle pressure control means for a fire engine pumper of the type having a pump driven by a truck engine, comprising, engine governor means connected to and responsive to the pump output pressure and engine throttle means to regulate engine speed to maintain pump output pressure, comprising an electric motor connected to the engine throttle,, electric amplifier means connected to the input of said motor, first input potentiometer means connected to said amplifier simulating a selected pump pressure and second input transducer means connected to said amplifier transmitting actual pump pressure.
