- a member comprising a shank having radial flange means at one end and a body of resilient material on the side of said flange means which faces away from said shank, said body and said flange means have interfitting portions to keep them together, said shank having a hard wear resistant element therein mounted on the axis of the shank at the end opposite the said one end of the shank.
