5. A method of detecting the presence of chorionic gonadotropin in human body fluids which comprises mixing the test fluid with antiserum for chorionic gonadotropin, then contacting the mixture with an aqueous suspension of the water-insoluble reagent of claim 3 and observing the results.

6. A method of detecting the presence of rheumatoid factor in human body fluids which comprises mixing the test fluid with an aqueous suspension of the water-insoluble reagent of claim 4 and observing the results.
