In a process for the production of a laminated composite which comprises heat sealing a substrate to a polyurethane foam prepared by the reaction of an organic polyisocyanate with a polyol in the presence of a blowing agent the improvement which comprises employing as the polyol a graft polyol prepared by the in situ polymerization in the presence of a free radical catalyst of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer or mixture of monomers in a polyol.
