1. A wheel camber angle indicating linkage for a vehicle independent suspension system including a control arm pivoted to the sprung mass of the vehicle, and a wheel supporting member supported by the control arm, the linkage comprising:

  • a first linkage portion adapted to extend between the wheel supporting member and the control arm so as to sense the angular relationship between the control arm and the wheel supporting member;

    a second linkage portion adapted to extend between the control arm and the sprung mass of the vehicle so as to sense the angular relationship between the control arm and the sprung mass of the vehicle; and

    means for comparing the angular relationships sensed by the first and second linkage portions so as to determine whether the wheel supporting member is angularly oriented so a wheel supported thereby has a camber angle that is proper.
