17. A corrosion resistant and weldable coated steel sheet comprising a steel sheet electroplated with zinc in an amount of not less thn 1 g/m2, and a paint composition layer coated in an amount of 5-20μ
- on the zinc plated steel sheet, said paint composition containing a resin vehicle and (1) at least one member selected from the group consisting of powders or iron, nickel, cobalt, manganese, chromium and their alloys, (2) at least one member selected from the group consisting of powders of carbides of titanium, zirconium, hafnium, vanadium, niobium, tantalum, chromium, tungsten, molybdenum and mixtures thereof, said carbides having a Vickers hardness of at least 1000, (3) at least one member selected from the group consisting of powders of aluminum, graphite and tin, and (4) zinc powder in an amount of not less than 5% by weight based on the total content of nonvolatile matter in the paint composition, said electrozinc plating, paint composition coating and baking being performed in one process line.
