1. Fine spherical polymer particles with a uniform particle size distribution containing at least one member selected from the group of inorganic pigments and black coloring agents, which comprise polymerized products from at least one polymerizable monomer and an inorganic dispersion stabilizer in which said polymerizable monomer is charged with cation or anion and said inorganic dispersion stabilizer has an opposite charge to said monomer, said polymerizable monomer is a member selected from the group consisting of trimethylolpropane triacrylate, trimethylolethane triacrylate and tetramethylolmethane tetracrylate, the surface of said polymer particles being firmly bound through ionic bond to and being completely covered with said inorganic dispersion stabilizer.
