A pyrazole-substituted oximino-cyano-acetamide derivative of the formula ##STR14## in which R1 and R2 each independently is hydrogen or alkyl with up to 3 carbon atoms,R3 is hydrogen, alkyl with up to 6 carbon atoms or halogenoalkyl with up to 2 carbon atoms and up to 5 halogen atoms,R4 is hydrogen or the group CO--NH--R5, andR5 is hydrogen or alkyl with up to 8 carbon atoms optionally substituted by at least one substituent selected from cyano, hydroxy-carbonyl and aminocarbonyl groups and alkoxy-carbonyl groups with up to 4 carbon atoms in the alkyl part.

which possess fungicidal and microbicidal activity.
