- C., an average visible light transmittance of not less than 75%, a water vapor permeability of not higher than 30 g/24 hr·
m2, an Izod impact strength of not less than 1.5 kg·
cm/cm and the degree of swelling on a surface having the transparent layer thereon of not more than 0.5% in a solvent.
