1. A ferritic stainless steel having an excellent formability, which consists essentially of:

  • 0.04% to 0.1% by weight of carbon,1.0% by weight or less of silicon,0.75% by weight of less of manganese,10% to 30% by weight of chromium,0.5% by weight or less of nickel,0.0102% to 0.025% by weight of nitrogen,2 to 30 ppm of boron, andthe balance consisting of iron and unavoidable impurities, the sum of the contents of nitrogen and carbon being 0.0502 % by weight or more.
