Shaped articles, characterized in that they totally or partially consist of compositions consisting of a mixture of vinyl chloride polymer and a polyether-urethane with tertiary amine and/or ammonium groups and heparin, with the proportion of the polyether-urethane being from 1-99% by weight, relative to the total mixture, in which the polyether-urethane used comprises ammonium groups, preferably quaternary ammonium groups, and characterized in that they are heparin treated after they have been shaped.
