Process for the preparation of organic polymer compositions, which can be used, in particular for producing tubes and catheters, having good compatibility with biological materials, characterized in that a support is coated with a solution of a composition that consists of a mixture of vinyl chloride polymer and of polyether-urethane with tertiary amine and/or ammonium groups with the proportion of the polyether-urethane being from 1 to 99 percent by weight, relative to the total mixture, and in that this coated solution is evaporated.
