1. For use with a telephone switching system which carries out different special feature functions in response to a hook flash followed by respectively different dial digit combinations, a telephone set with tip and ring leads and having a plurality of special feature buttons individually assigned to the different special features, said telephone set comprising, in combination(a) means responsive to momentary actuation of one of said buttons for creating in said telephone set, for a first predetermined time period, a simulated on-hook condition despite the fact that the set is off hook, and(b) means activated at the completion of said first time period for applying to the tip and ring leads, during subsequent spaced time intervals, dial digit signals corresponding to the combination for the button which has been actuated.
