1. A transdermal patch comprising a solution or a suspension of a drug component wherein said drug component is selected from the group consisting of nicardipin hydrochloride, nifedipine, dipyridamole, formoterol fumarate, indenolol and γ
- -oryzanol, and when nicardipine hydrochloride is in solution, it is dissolved in;
(i) a mixed solvent of an aqueous urea solution, lactic acid and propylene glycol, or(ii) a mixed solvent of an aqueous urea solution, benzyl alcohol, and propylene glycol, and when dipyridamole is in solution, it is dissolved in a mixed solvent of an aqueous urea solution, lactic acid and propylene glycol, and wherein said drug component is uniformly dispersed in a base mainly comprising a triglyceride of a vegetable saturated fatty acid having 12 to 18 carbon atoms together with a penetration enhancer; and
wherein a heating element is disposed at the side of the patch opposite to the side thereof to be applied to the skin.
