Abstract

A fuzzy logic circuit comprising a current mirror comprising an FET, a first input current source connected to the input side of the current mirror, a second input current source, a wired OR connected at its input side to the output side of the current mirror and to the second input current source, and an output terminal connected to the output side of the wired OR.

Claims

1. A fuzzy logic circuit comprising:

a current mirror comprising an FET,

a first input current source connected to the input side of the current mirror,

a second input current source,

a wired OR connected at its input side to the output side of the current mirror and to the second input current source, and

an output terminal connected to the output side of the wired OR.

2. A fuzzy logic circuit as defined in claim 1 wherein a diode is provided between the wired OR and the output terminal.

3. A fuzzy logic circuit as defined in claim 1 wherein the first input current source and the second input current source are the same in the direction of current with respect to the fuzzy logic circuit.

4. A fuzzy logic circuit comprising:

a multi-output current mirror comprising an FET,

a first input current source connected to the input side of the current mirror,

a plurality of second input current sources,

a plurality of wired OR'"'"'s connected at their input side to a plurality of output portions of the current mirror and to the plurality of second current input sources, and

a plurality of output terminals each connected to the output side of each of the wired OR'"'"'s respectively.

5. A fuzzy implication circuit comprising:

a first fuzzy bounded-difference circuit having as its inputs two currents representing operation variables, and

a second fuzzy bounded-difference circuit having as its inputs the output current of the first fuzzy bounded-difference circuit and a current representing 1 according to fuzzy logic and giving an output representing the result of fuzzy implication operation,

the first fuzzy bounded-difference circuit comprising a current mirror composed of an FET, and a wired OR connected to the output side of the mirror, the second fuzzy bounded-difference circuit comprising a current mirror composed of an FET, a wired OR connected to the output side of the mirror and a diode connected in a forward direction with respect to the direction of the output current.

6. A fuzzy equivalence circuit comprising:

a first fuzzy bounded-difference circuit having as its inputs two currents representing operation variables,

a second fuzzy bounded-difference circuit having two input currents in opposite relation to the input currents of the first fuzzy bounded-difference circuit,

a wired OR for adding the output currents of the two fuzzy bounded-difference circuits, and

a third fuzzy bounded-difference circuit having as its inputs the output current of the wired OR and a current representing 1 according to fuzzy logic and giving an output representing the result of fuzzy equivalence operation,

each of the fuzzy bounded-difference circuits comprising a current mirror composed of an FET, a wired OR connected to the output side of the mirror and a diode connected in a forward direction with respect to the direction of the output current.
