R is at least one element selected from the group consisting of N, P, As, S and Se; and
whereina ranges from about greater than 0.4 to about 0.6;
b ranges from about 0.15 to about less than 0.4;
c ranges from zero to about 0.16;
d ranges from zero to about 0.2; and
e ranges from zero to about 0.3;
with the proviso that the sum of (c+d+e) ranges from about 0.04 to about 0.35.
