1. A Compound of the general formula I ##STR21## in which R represents:
- hydrogen atom,straight-chain or branched alkyl radical containing from 1 to 5 carbon atoms, optionally substituted by a hydroxy, amino, mercapto, methylthio, methylsulphoxide, carboxy or guanidino group, orbenzyl or indol-3-ylmethyl radical optionally substituted by a hydroxy group,R1 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group containing from 1 to 4 carbon atoms,Lys and Arg represent, respectively, the lysyl and arginyl residues linked through the peptide bonds. ##STR22## represents bicyclic structure of the formula;
##STR23## wherein m represents 1 or 0,n and p each represents 0, 1 or 2,Ra and Rb each represents a hydrogen atom or may together form a direct bond when p=0,B represents an alkylene chain (CH2)q in which q represents 2, 3 or 4, or an unsaturated structure (--CH═
