Abstract

A compound of the formula ##STR1## wherein R₁ and R₂ each independently represent a hydrocarbon gp which can be substituted and/or carry a heteroatom, or R₁ and R₂ together represent a hydrocarbon, optionally substituted, forming with the carbon atom to which they are attached, a ring capable of carrying a heteroatom, R₃ represents hydrogen, lower alkyl or aryl, and R₄ and R₅ each independently represent hydrogen or a hydrocarbon group, as well as the acid addition salts thereof. A method of preparing the compounds and the use thereof as an anti-tumor medicine are disclosed.

Claims

1. A compound of the formula ##STR7## wherein R₁ and R₂ each independently represent alkyl having 1-5 carbon atoms, or R₁ and R₂ taken together represent pentamethylene,

R₃ represents hydrogen, alkyl having 1-5 carbon atoms or phenyl;

R₄ and R₅ represent hydrogen, or one of said R₄ and R₅ represents hydrogen and the other represents alkyl having 1-5 carbon atoms, and the acid addition salts thereof.
