- ##STR11## or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, whereinR is R3 SO2 NH--, R3 CONH--. R1 R2 NSO2 --, orR1 R2 NCO--;
R1 and R2 are each independently H or C1 -C4 alkyl;
R3 is C1 -C4 alkyl, C3 -C7 cycloalkyl or NR1 R2 ; and
"Het" is 2, 3 or 4-pyridyl optionally substituted by one or more substituents each independently selected from C1 -C4 alkyl and NH2 ;
or 2-imidazolyl optionally substituted by one or more C1 -C4 alkyl groups.
