  • mounting means hingedly connected to the leading edge of said door curtain or panel for tilting movement about an axis parallel to the plane of the door curtain or panel, andresistance means carried on said mounting means, and arranged, upon appreciable tilting movement of said mounting means, to engage said guide channels for braking the movement of the door, the arrangement being such that when the leading edge of the door encounters an obstruction in its path during closing thereof, said mounting means will tilt about its said hinge axis which in turn results in the door movement being braked by virtue of the interengagement of said resistance means and the guide channels.
