- (a) a layer of compressible polymeric foam, said layer of foam comprising a polymer or copolymer of olefin,(b) a layer of adhesive in contact with and coextensive with said layer of foam, and(c) a layer of polymeric film in contact with and coextensive with said layer of adhesive, said layer of film being made of a material selected from the group consisting of crystalline and semicrystalline polyesters, silicones, polytetrafluoroethylenes, and polyimides.

The liner shows good chemical resistance, good resistance to high temperatures, and good impermeability to gases.
