A light-sensitive silver halide photographic material comprising at least one silver halide emulsion layer on at least one side of a support and at least one auxiliary layer adjacent to aid silver halide emulsion layer, said silver halide emulsion layer containing a surface latent type silver halide emulsion and a silver halide emulsion having fog internally of the grains, and said auxiliary layer containing compounds represented by formula (I) and formula (II) shown below:
