    means for twisting said beam in response to an applied acceleration and substantially provided on the center of said beam; and

    ,means for detecting amount of a twisting deformation of said beam, comprising means for converting said amount of twisting deformation to an electric signal including strain gauges; and

    means for processing said electric signal.
