A pressure-sensitive microcapsule sheet comprising a support having thereon a pressure-sensitive layer comprising microcapsule containing an electron donating color former dissolved in a solvent and a binder comprising a copolymer latex comprising an ethylenically unsaturated acid amide monomer and at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of an aliphatic conjugated diolefin monomer, an aromatic vinyl monomer, and an ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer.

A pressure-sensitive microcapsule sheet comprising a support having thereon a pressure-sensitive layer comprising microcapsules and a binder comprising a copolymer latex composed of at least two monomers selected from the group consisting of an aliphatic conjugated diolefin monomer, an aromatic vinyl monomer and an ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer and an ethylenically unsaturated acid amide monomer. The sheet is free from color stain and fog during printing.

A pressure-sensitive recording material comprising (a) a pressure-sensitive microcapsule sheet comprising a support having thereon a pressure-sensitive layer comprising microcapsules containing a color former dissolved in a solvent and a binder comprising a copolymer latex comprising an ethylenically un saturated acid amide misnomer and at least two monomer selected from the group consisting of an aliphatic conjugated diolefin monomer, an aromatic vinyl monomer, and an ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer, and (b) a recording layer comprising a binder and a developer capable of reacting with said color former to form a colored image, said recording layer being adjacent to said pressure-sensitive layer.
