(b) about 70 to 90 wt-% borate, calculated as sodium tetraborate pentahydrate;
(c) about 0.5 to 5 wt-% polymeric dispersant; and
(d) about 10 to 30 wt-% water;
the composition being substantially free of any nitrite or nitrate salts, and cast into a solid block.
