1. A transdermal drug patch for delivering at least one drug to a patient through the skin comprising:

  • at least two electrodes forming said patch and separated from each other, each electrode including a conductive element;

    drug reservoir means, in at least one of said electrodes;

    a circuit, including a power source, for supplying power to and connected to said electrodes at such conductive elements and said reservoir means; and

    adhesive means for affixing said patch to the skin, this adhesive means augmented by a plurality of isolated spots of high tack gel traversing the drug reservoir means extending from the bottom of the patch to at least one electrode above the drug reservoir means, whereby the patch is more easily removed and replaced than if the adhesive means were homogeneous, and whereby upon adherence the drug is delivered through the skin.
