1. A photographing optical device having the fogging of the lens surface thereof prevented, said photographing optical device being provided with:
- a transparent electrically conductive film provided on the circular area of the lens;
a plurality of curved belt-like electrodes provided along the edge of the circular area and differing in polarity from the adjacent electrode;
