1. A photographing optical device having the fogging of the lens surface thereof prevented, said photographing optical device being provided with:

  • a transparent electrically conductive film provided on the circular area of the lens;

    a plurality of curved belt-like electrodes provided along the edge of the circular area and differing in polarity from the adjacent electrode;

    where R is the radius of the circular area, ω

    is the length of the electrodes, and d is the spacing between the electrodes; and

    a power source circuit for supplying an electric current to said electrodes, wherein a dielectric substance lever constituting a reflection preventing film with said transparent electrically conductive film is provided on said transparent electrically conductive film, and the film thickness of said transparent electrically conductive film is between 45-120 nm.
