1. A thermal transfer material comprising:

  • a heat-resistant support; and

    a first thermal transfer recording layer stacked on said support and mainly consisting of a coloring agent, a hot-melt material comprising a linear saturated polyester resin prepared by condensation polymerization of a dicarboxylic acid component and diol component and having a glass transition point falling within the range of 50°

    to 110°

    C., and a lubricating agent selected from the group consisting of Teflon and polyethylene, said hot-melt material being capable of being thermally transferred and adhesively secured to an image receiving layer to form an adhesively secured image.
