second detector means for detecting the events relating to the physiological function, the sensitivity thereof at least corresponding to the sensitivity (S) of the first detector means, and wherein the setting means is connected to the second detector means automatically sets the sensitivity (S) of the first detector means such that the first detector means detects each event detected by the second detector means.
