  • components (a) and (b) comprising;

    (a) a partial prepolymer component prepared by reacting an organic polyisocyanate and a polytetramethylene ether glycol having a molecular weight of 400 to 2,000 at a NCO/OH molar ratio of 5 to 40; and

    (b) a resin component prepared by mixing (i) a polytetramethylene ether glycol, having a molecular weight of 400 to about 2000, (II) an active aromatic polyamine chain extender free of electron attractive groups on the aromatic nucleus, and (III) an organobismuth catalyst.
