1. A copper alloy wire having an outer diameter of no larger than 90 μ

  • m and of no less than 0.01% by weight of Ag and balance oxygen free Cu and unavoidable impurities, wherein said copper alloy wire has been prepared by drawing a wire stock having said composition at a reduction ratio of no lower than 40% and subjecting said wire stock to heat treatment for half annealing to have a tensile strength of 27 to 35 kg·

    f/mm2 and an elongation of 5 to 15%.
