- 30 to 85% by mole of structure units having the formula (a);
##STR10## wherein X and Y are the same or different and each is a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom, and Z is a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom, a chlorine atom or a trifluoromethyl group,1to 30% by mole of structure units having the formula (b);
##STR11## wherein R1 is a linear or branched alkylene group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms and m is 0 or 1,3to 60% by mole of structure units having the formula (c);
##STR12## wherein R2 is a linear or branched aliphatic alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms or an aromatic group, n is an integer of 2 to 8 and p is 0 or 1.

Abstract
A fluorine-containing copolymer comprising: 30 to 85% by mole of structural units (a): ##STR1## 1 to 30% by mole of structural units (b): ##STR2## and 3 to 60% by mole of structural units (c): ##STR3## and a curable composition containing the same. The copolymer is excellent in compatibility with curing agents and the obtained film therefrom is excellent in appearance, gloss, durability, and the like.

3. A curable composition comprising:

a fluorine-containing copolymer comprising; 30 to 85% by mole of structure units having the formula (a);
##STR13## wherein X and Y are the same or different and each is a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom, and Z is a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom, a chlorine atom or a trifluoromethyl group,1to 30% by mole of structure units having the formula (b);
##STR14## wherein R1 is a linear or branched alkylene group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms and m is 0 or 1,3to 60% by mole of structure units having the formula (c);
##STR15## wherein R2 is a linear or branched aliphatic alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms or an aromatic group, n is an integer of 2 to 8 and p is 0 or 1 as a main component and a curing agent reactive with hydroxyl group of said fluorine-containing copolymer.
