1. An ozone generator in liquids, comprising:

  • one or more pairs of stripline electrodes formed on insulator substrates positioned within water and solutions, andmeans for supplying to said electrodes, an alternating square wave pulse voltage for generating a large electric field between surfaces of each electrode of said pair of electrodes,said electrodes of said pair of electrodes being oppositely positioned within the water or solutions, for dissociating molecules of the water or solutions to produce ozone gas.
