1. An anatomic tubular structure ligature in the form of an integral one-piece clip comprisinga pair of opposed, cooperating, parallel legs;

  • anda pair of bases joined by said legs, at least said bases being made of a material having sufficient elastic memory such that said legs are normally in a closed position wherein said legs are forced together in abutting contact, are separated in an open position by forcing said legs apart against the closing force of said bases allowing an anatomic tubular structure to be inserted between said legs and are automatically returned to said closed position upon releasing said legs to close the anatomic tubular structure.
