1. A coextruded multilayer composite, comprising:

  • a layer of a polyolefin;

    a layer of an impact-reinforced impervious resin composition consisting essentially of a hydrolyzed copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene, and an elastomeric copolymer of ethylene and propylene which is modified by grafting an α



    -ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid as an additive in an amount effective for improving impact strength; and

    an intermediate layer of a polymeric adhesive bonding together the layer of a polyolefin and the layer of an impact-reinforced impervious resin composition.
