Acrylate-only and epoxy-acrylate thermoset resins exhibit high temperature damping behavior. 6. A viscoelastic damping material wherein the damping material is the reaction product of a mixture comprising (a) at least one epoxy monomer, (b) at least one acrylate monomer, (c) a free radical initiator, and (d) a cationic initiator, wherein the cationic initiator comprises:
