Abstract
The present invention relates to a transparent electro-conductive film comprising an optical transparent polymer film and a transparent electro-conductive thin film formed on at least one principal surface of the above polymer film. The polymer film contains 1 to 20% by weight of hydrophobic resin particles such as infusible silicone resin particles having an average particle diameter of 0.5 to 10 μm. The hydrophobic resin particles improve moisture permeability and suppress water permeation of the transparent electro-conductive film without any adverse effects on properties such as transparency. Also, a AC powder type EL panel and a liquid crystal display of the present invention have the above transparent electro-conductive films as a transparent electrode and a base thereof. Therefore, lower cost is achieved and a life is made longer.
