1. A laminated glass structure, which comprises:

  • a) at least one glass sheet;

    b) a plastic layer provided at the bonding surface of said glass sheet; and

    c) a functioning layer consisting of single or multi-layered films which is provided between the bonding surfaces of the glass sheet and the plastic layer, wherein the functioning layer has a controlling layer as the layer in contact with the plastic layer, which comprises an effective amount of an oxide having the formula MCrx Oy, wherein M is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Ti, Zn, Sn, Ni, Zr, Al, Mg and Fe; and

    wherein the atomic ratio of Cr to atoms other than oxygen in the controlling layer is from 10% to 60%, andwherein the film thickness of said controlling layer is from 10 Å

    to 500 Å
