1. A coaxial connector for electrically connecting signal and ground conductors of circuit boards comprising a center contact member for connecting the signal conductors together and an outer contact means for connecting the ground conductors together, characterized in that said center contact member is extendable through the circuit boards and electrically engages the signal conductors on the outside surfaces of the circuit boards;

  • and said outer contact means include matable members that telescopically engage each other including contact members electrically connectable with the ground conductors on the inner surfaces of the circuit boards.
